Indicate….or else

Have I missed the memo? Is indicating in a car no longer required? Is this a part of a new Highway Code?

Perhaps indicating is now considered offensive to people who identify as ‘non indicators’ ….

Is it just BMW and Audi drivers that have some special dispensation to not give any f***ing clue what they’re doing on the road or which way they may be turning?

For the people out there that don’t have a clue how to drive.

Mirror – indicate – manoeuvre.

This used to be the mantra in my day – this simply means check your rear view mirror before you do anything – then indicate to show your intention – then carry out the move that you have signaled.

In recent days:

Multiple examples of cars not indicating on motorways.

Multiple examples of cars turning off main roads without signaling.

Cars stopping suddenly with no warning.

Cars pulling out with no warning.

Cars and vans stopping and totally blocking roads with no warning.

Come on people – let’s get some order back on our roads.
