Coming out…..

Much has been written recently about the bravery of people as they open up about their sexuality.

Can I take this brief moment to recognise my 93 year old mother who has recently declared herself ‘bi-sexual’.

This was mainly shocking as for her entire life she has been unable to say the word ‘lesbian’ preferring to say the word by mouthing only and making no noise.
