10 Year Guarantee
As part of our commitment to our clients we are proud to offer a 10-Year Insurance Backed Guarantee on all Japanese knotweed remediation works carried out by JKSL. As accredited members of industry trade bodies INNSA (Invasive Non Native Specialists Association) and the PCA (Property Care Association), the product provides our clients with the confidence that works have been carried out by an accredited specialist Japanese knotweed contractor and should any invasive plant re-growth occur following remediation, it is covered by our robust guarantee.
The guarantee covers your site/property against regrowth once the treatment plan has been completed, so in the unlikely event that plant re-growth occurs, JKSL will return to site at no extra cost to you.
Why do I need a guarantee?
If you are looking to buy or sell property or land affected by Japanese knotweed, most mortgage providers require that a 10-year Insurance Backed Guarantee is in place. The guarantee provides you with peace of mind that should any re-growth occur during the guarantee period, it will be treated free of charge. It also provides cover in the unlikely event that Japanese Knotweed Solutions Limited ceases to trade.
Is the guarantee transferable?
Yes. Should the land/ property be sold, the guarantee can be re-assigned to the new owner for a small administration fee, payable directly to the insurer.
