Gaining high levels of customer satisfaction is very important to us at Japanese Knotweed Solutions because we believe a satisfied customer is more likely to reccommend our services and re-use our company if required.

We are always keen to receive feedback from our clients and do try to ensure that all projects are followed up with a customer satisfaction survey. All surveys received are entered into a monthly prize draw to win a bottle of Champage.
