Show Me the Money…

How on earth can a Small to Medium business survive in this current economic climate?

We are pushed to the extreme by our customers who want extended payment terms due to the current economic downturn…but are then pushed the other way by our suppliers who want pro forma terms (ie you pay them BEFORE they deliver…)….and to top it all off – the final cherry on the top – the banks want to reduce your lending…

So financial whiz kids out there – are we all screwed or what?

How can the British economy ever recover given the current climate…?

I’m not saying that Mike Clough is the savior of the British economy but I’m pretty sure if I’m struggling then everyone else must be too. I feel that its people like me who actually employ people, who actually get off their backsides and do something - that should be supported by Government initiatives – not kicked when I’m down.

So come on banks, get lending.

Come on suppliers – get supplying.

..and finally...come on clients can you pay your bills please!
