Barclaycard? That will do Nicely…

In a move to benefit the home owner JKSL are introducing a credit card payment system.

From the end of June we will be able to ‘accept plastic’ as the saying goes – which should ease the cash burden on our private clients and allow them to spread the cost over a period to suit their individual profile.

This is a service designed to help our customers, particularly those that are struggling to sell their houses due to problems with Japanese Knotweed. We have noticed a huge increase in the number of properties being identified as being contaminated with knotweed and a huge increase in the number of mortgage refusals.

We believe this to be unique to the market – but no doubt this will spark a flurry of copycat moves from our ‘competitors’.
