I’m not saying we’re the best Japanese Knotweed eradication company…but we’re in the Top One
In the words of Brian Clough (no relation but with a lot of shared characteristics) I tend to think we are the best.
We aren’t the cheapest company in the field of Japanese Knotweed (pun intended) for that dubious honor, please seek companies with silly names and services that require acronyms to try and sound good.
We aren’t the most expensive company out there either - for that honor please seek companies that present themselves as consultants but don’t actually do anything!
We position ourselves at a point price wise where we still make a profit (otherwise why bother…) but also keep a keen eye on margins to ensure that we always provide value for money. We recently undercut one of our competitors by £30K on a £70K project yet still provided a ten year insurance backed warranty and a clean site within construction deadlines.
We also like to think that we have built our reputation on a sound footing of successful projects and happy clients. Japanese Knotweed Solutions are therefore happy to provide a list of references for potential customers to talk to.
I’m often asked what the trick is to Japanese Knotweed eradication, what’s the secret??
Well brace yourselves - there isn’t one.
Japanese Knotweed is a highly invasive alien species - who’s prime aim in life is to spread.
That’s what it does - day in day out ….grow
The trick therefore (if that’s what you call it) is to keep checking, keep going back and having a look. Japanese Knotweed Solutions have a full time re-visit team who do nothing but circle the country checking on all our active sites (ie sites covered by a ten year warranty).
This is what costs money and this is why we aren’t the cheapest company in the phone book.
So to be the best is fairly simple - keep checking, keep going back and keep invoicing enough to make sure that you can afford to provide the service that you have committed to!!
