So you would think it’s fairly straightforward – back to the developer – …. ‘hey look what’s in my bloody garden/drive/sitting room can you come back and sort it out?’….

Well unfortunately the feedback that we are getting from homebuyers is that the developers are just backing away - …. ‘sorry the house was bought as seen…’ … ‘sorry you need to take it up with your surveyor’ … ‘ sorry you need to speak to the NHBC’.

Nobody seems to want to take responsibility!
