As a company Director you get to roll with the punches and have to make difficult decisions at times to ensure that the Company survives. It is these decisions that make or break the business and divide the ‘wheat from the chaff’.
Some Companies will not survive the current trading conditions and will make the wrong decisions about how to weather the current tightening of the market.

Morning Mike,
Again very well written. I think it is true to say that the likes of you and me and have seen peaks and troughs in business before. I am sure there will be companies not managing to weather the storm.
At TCM we have restructured the business, and refinanced to make sure we are in the best possible condition to go forward and give our customers the service they deserve.
Like I say we have seen it all before, but I have feeling that this is going to be a long, hard winter.
Hope things are well and you continue to have tight lines.
